How custom branding works

 

What the Pro-Brand service can print and calibrate onto your measuring products, and how the process runs from artwork to delivery.

What is the Pro-Brand service?

Pro-Brand is our customisation service that prints your logo, colours, company details and unique measure increments onto any Pro-Measures product, using hot foil or screen printing. You can use the result as a promotional item or supply it with your product so your brand goes into your customers’ hands.

 

Can you calibrate the measures to our product?

Yes. We can calibrate the printed increments to the bulk density of your product, so a scoop or jug reads the correct dose or quantity for what you are packing rather than a generic volume. Your artwork is stored on file for quick, easy reordering.

 

How does the branding process work?

We guide you through the whole process: designing and placing your artwork, sending a proof for approval, then printing and delivery. Once your design is on file, repeat orders are fast and straightforward.

 

Pricing Framework

Branding is quantity-driven: the larger the run, the lower the per-unit price. The minimum order is 200 of any one size, with a one-off setup cost of $80 to $200 NZD covering the artwork and screen. For a per-unit price, send us your product, size and quantity and we will quote it.

Can branding include dosing or application instructions?

Yes. As well as your logo, we can print dosing or application instructions and a measure scale calibrated to your product, which helps your customers use the product correctly and safely.

How long does branding take and can we reorder easily?

Timeframes depend on the product and quantity, and we confirm this when we quote, though a branded run is generally 3 to 4 weeks. Once your artwork is approved it is stored on file, so reorders are quick and consistent with no need to set the design up again.

What can be printed on the products?

We can print your logo, brand colours, company details and unique measure increments. Increments can be set as volumes, weights or a product application rate, so the product carries both your brand and the right measure for your customers.

What is the minimum order for branded measuring products?

The minimum order for branding is 200 of any one size, though in some cases we can do less or mix quantities, which affects the price. There is also a one-off setup cost of $80 to $200 NZD for the art and screen. Per-unit pricing is provided on request.
